How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our customer service team at info@dermaximo.com. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
Include the following details in your request:
- Order number
- Reason for the return
- Any relevant images (if applicable)
Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number along with instructions on how to proceed with the return.

In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs and provide a voucher code to be used during the return process. Please note that shipping delays due to customs clearance or other external factors beyond our control are not considered valid reasons for returns.
We recommend using a traceable shipping method when returning your item to ensure it reaches us safely.

Return Orders with Issues: Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong variant, you may return it for a replacement or a full refund. The item must be in its original, unused condition and packaging. Once we review and approve your request, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number with instructions on how to proceed. Returns must be shipped within 14 days of receiving the RA number.
Upon receiving the returned product, our team will inspect it for eligibility. If the return is approved, we will process a replacement or issue a refund based on your preference.
Exchange Requests
Exchanges are allowed within 14 days of the delivery date. The product must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. We only offer exchanges for products of equal value. If the exchanged product has a different price, the customer is responsible for covering the difference. Customers are also responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the exchange is due to an error on our part.
Non-Returnable Items & Exceptions
All returns must meet the following conditions:

Damage-Free: Products must not show any signs of damage unless they arrived in a damaged condition.

Special Exception: In rare cases, we may choose to send a replacement without requiring the return of the original item. If you are not satisfied with the replacement, both the original and replacement items must be returned to qualify for a refund. Please note that this is a one-time exception, and any future replacements will require the return of the previous item.
Restocking Fee
All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which covers the cost of processing returns, restocking inventory, and potential depreciation of returned products.
